Charge with solar power
and optimize cost
Use surplus energy from your home solar power system whenever possible: charge with 100% renewable energy or with a mix of solar power and power grid.
Charge when there is excess energy by using the Driver APP to schedule the charging times to match the solar power capacity or by using the optional EVOS EMS energy management system. This reduces carbon dioxide emissions and saves significant energy costs.
The EVOS EMS can also be used as a home energy management system, so it can be connected to home appliances and electrical equipment to visualize actual electricity consumption on a monitor screen, etc. Based on the data obtained, air conditioning and lighting equipment can be used more efficiently to reduce electricity consumption and peak power consumption. This allows substantial energy and cost savings.
Dynamic load management
The charging speed is maximized in accordance with the household's real-time electricity demand (load).
Through an automatic dynamic demand control system (option: EVOS EMS), charging is smartly managed to stay within the home's power demand contract or set accordinf to capacity. When appliances are in use, charging slows down, and when appliances are turned off, dynamic demand control concentrates power on the EVs. This avoids rising electricity costs and allows automatic recharging during times of low electricity prices.
The result is maximum charging speed and safety, avoiding exceeding the power contract and costly upgrades to switchboards and other equipments.
